Learning to submit to one another leads to learning to submit to God in the same way that Christ submitted. Looking at 1 Peter 3:8-22 we see the characteristics of those who are Christlike. In this world, we should expect to suffer for being like Christ.

Taking a brief break from 1 Peter, Brian takes a look at the great commission and how it applies for us to go across cultures to proclaim the gospel. Looking at Exodus 14:10ff Brian correlates how just as it was difficult for the Israelites to leave Egypt so it may be difficult for us to leave behind cultural experiences to be present where God has called us.
